About This Scholarship
The Sasha Roberts Scholarship awards a stipend to exceptional students pursuing taught MA programmes in the School of English or the Centre for Medieval and Early Modern Studies at the University of Kent. This scholarship honours the legacy of Sasha Roberts, a distinguished Shakespeare specialist and beloved academic who tragically passed away in 2006.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Stipend of £3,000 per annum split into two payments of £1,500 in October and January
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must have made a formal application to study on an MA programme in the School of English or the Centre for Medieval and Early Modern Studies at Kent
- 2 Must be in receipt of a formal offer for September entry in 2026
- 3 All nationalities eligible
- 4 Application to MA programme must be submitted by Monday 13 July 2026
