About This Scholarship
The Yenching Academy of Peking University offers a fully funded two-year Master’s programme in China Studies designed to cultivate global leaders with a deeper understanding of China’s role in the world. The scholarship covers tuition, airfare, monthly stipend, accommodation, and health insurance for 120 international students from all countries.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Bachelor's degree completed by 31 August 2027 (or enrolled with completion before this date)
- 2 English language proficiency: IELTS (Academic) 7.0, TOEFL (iBT) 100, Cambridge English Scale (Advanced) 185, CET 6 600, or TEM 4 Pass level "良好" or above (not required for native English speakers or graduates from English-taught degree programmes)
- 3 Outstanding academic record
- 4 Strong interest in interdisciplinary studies in China
- 5 Preference given to candidates with extracurricular achievements, community engagement, social responsibility, and leadership skills
- 6 Open to applicants from all countries
