About This Scholarship
The NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship 2026 is a 6-month leadership development program designed to empower young women from around the world to drive social change in their communities. Participants engage in online training, mentorship from global leaders, and design community-focused projects while building essential leadership skills and international networks.
