About This Scholarship
Southern Cross University offers International Regional Scholarships providing annual fee reductions for international students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate coursework degrees at its Australian campuses. The scholarship covers $5,000 to $8,000 in annual fee reductions paid in installments throughout each study year.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Annual fee reduction of $5,000 to $8,000 depending on scholarship type

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be an international student from countries outside Australia and New Zealand
- 2 Must be a citizen or permanent resident of a country other than Australia or New Zealand
- 3 Must apply to study a full-time degree (8 units per year) at Lismore, Gold Coast, or Coffs Harbour campus
- 4 Must meet minimum university admission requirements
- 5 For undergraduate entry: must have a qualification equivalent to Australian Year 12, required entry grade for the program, and English language proficiency equivalent to Academic IELTS 6.0 overall with no band less than 5.5
- 6 For postgraduate entry: must have a qualification equivalent to an Australian bachelor's degree and English language proficiency equivalent to Academic IELTS 6.5
- 7 Must complete all units with at least a pass grade to maintain eligibility
- 8 Must meet attendance requirements of the program and student visa conditions
