About This Scholarship
The Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships are fully funded scholarships for exceptional international Master’s students at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Recipients receive €30,000 per year for Non-EU/EFTA students or €11,500 per year for EU/EFTA students, covering full tuition fees and living expenses contributions.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Full tuition fees based on statutory or institutional rate
- Living expenses contribution
- Euro 30,000 per year for Non-EU/EFTA students
- Euro 11,500 per year for EU/EFTA students
- Membership in the Scholarship Club with access to personal development workshops and seminars
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be an international student conditionally admitted to a 2-year regular TU Delft MSc programme
- 2 Must have a cumulative GPA of 80% or higher on maximum scale from bachelor's degree
- 3 Bachelor's degree must be from an internationally renowned university outside the Netherlands
- 4 English language proficiency required
- 5 Open to applicants from all countries worldwide
