About This Scholarship

The UESTC Chinese Government Scholarship 2027 is a fully funded scholarship administered by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) for outstanding international students pursuing Master’s or PhD degrees at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. The scholarship covers full tuition, monthly stipends, free accommodation, and comprehensive medical insurance with no out-of-pocket costs.

What This Scholarship Covers

  • Full tuition fee waiver
  • Monthly stipend for Master's students (CNY 3,000/month)
  • Monthly stipend for PhD students (CNY 3,500/month)
  • Free on-campus dormitory or accommodation subsidy
  • Comprehensive medical insurance (CNY 800 per year)

Who Can Apply

  • 1 Must be a non-Chinese citizen in good physical and mental health
  • 2 Must meet the language and admission requirements of UESTC
  • 3 Master's applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and be under 35 years of age
  • 4 PhD applicants must hold a Master's degree and be under 40 years of age
  • 5 Must demonstrate strong academic performance

Fill out the application form with accurate personal information matching your passport

Complete Education & Employment section and upload required documents (maximum 1M per document, 3 documents per section, 5 for Academic Transcripts)

Submit all required documents including passport photocopy, notarized certificates, academic transcripts, language proficiency certificate, academic recommendation letters (graduate only), physical examination form, CV/personal statement, research proposal/study plan (graduate only), supervisor acceptance letter (PhD required), and CSC application form
