About This Scholarship
The KAIST Undergraduate Scholarship provides fully funded undergraduate study at the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, covering tuition, monthly living expenses, and medical insurance for 8 semesters. This scholarship is available to international students from all countries who meet the eligibility requirements and wish to pursue undergraduate degrees across multiple disciplines at KAIST.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Full tuition fee for 8 semesters
- Monthly living allowance (350,000 KRW per month)
- Medical health insurance
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a citizen/permanent resident of a country other than South Korea (dual citizenship with Korean citizenship is not eligible)
- 2 Must be fluent in English
- 3 Must maintain a GPA of at least 2.7 out of 4.3 after freshman year at KAIST
- 4 Must be admitted to KAIST before scholarship is awarded
