About This Scholarship
The Queensland University of Technology Postgraduate Research Award is a fully funded scholarship for international students pursuing postgraduate research degrees (PhD or MPhil) in Australia. The award covers full tuition fees, an annual stipend of $37,010, and overseas health insurance for eligible students.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Full tuition fee offset/sponsorship for first 4 full-time equivalent years of doctoral studies or first 2 full-time equivalent years of master degree studies
- Annual stipend of $37,010 paid fortnightly (tax-exempt, indexed annually)
- Single Overseas Health Cover for eligible international students
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must meet QUT's admission criteria for a research degree
- 2 Must meet QUT's English language requirements
- 3 Must not be in receipt of another living allowance scholarship to undertake the research degree
- 4 Must enrol as a full-time, internal student (unless approval for part-time and/or external study is obtained)
