About This Scholarship
The NTUST Scholarship provides funding for international students to pursue Master’s and Doctoral Programs at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in Taiwan starting Spring 2027. The scholarship covers full tuition and monthly living stipends, with multiple funding options available through Taiwan Scholarships, NTUST scholarships, ASUS scholarships, and other financial aid programmes.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Full tuition covered
- Monthly living stipend (NT$33,000 with Taiwan Scholarship, NT$18,000 with NTUST scholarship, NT$12,000 with ASUS scholarship, or NT$20,000 with International Dual Doctoral Degree Scholarship)
- Travel costs (ASUS Scholarship only)
- Employment assistance after graduation (ASUS Scholarship only)
- Financial aid up to NT$20,000
Who Can Apply
- 1 Hold foreign citizenship and should not have previously studied in Taiwan as Overseas Chinese Students
- 2 Dual nationality holders with ROC citizenship must meet specific MOE guidelines
- 3 Stateless individuals are not eligible
- 4 Hold a bachelor's degree for master's applicants or a master's degree for doctoral applicants
- 5 High school graduates eligible for undergraduate programmes
- 6 Applicants with prior studies in Taiwan exceeding one year (excluding MOE-approved institutions) are not eligible
- 7 Transcripts and diplomas must be certified and translated into English or Chinese if issued in another language
