Lincoln University offers merit-based scholarships for international undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees in various academic fields including commerce, science, agriculture, and environmental management. The scholarships provide tuition fee assistance to help exceptional students achieve their academic and professional objectives while studying at a top-quality educational institution in New Zealand.

What This Scholarship Covers

  • International Pathway Merit Scholarship: NZ$2,500 for tuition
  • English for Further Study Award: Refund of tuition fees following successful completion of 12-week English for Academic Purposes (EAP) course
  • International Undergraduate Scholarship: NZ$3,000 for tuition
  • Undergraduate Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship: NZ$5,000 for tuition
  • Scholarship for International School Leavers: NZ$10,000 for tuition
  • Master Merit Scholarship: NZ$7,000 or NZ$10,000 for tuition (180-credit taught master's programmes)

Who Can Apply

  • 1 Must be an international student
  • 2 Must fulfill the prerequisites for admission to the selected program
  • 3 Must meet the scholarship's academic standards
  • 4 Must exhibit excellent academic achievement
  • 5 Must pass English language standards set forth by Lincoln University (such as TOEFL or IELTS, if applicable)
  • 6 Undergraduate applicants must fulfill the prerequisites for a bachelor's degree
  • 7 Master's degree candidates must have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • 8 Typically cannot have another scholarship that pays for the same educational costs
