About This Scholarship
The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Rwanda offers fully funded postgraduate scholarships to African scholars based on academic merit, demonstrated economic disadvantage, and leadership potential. The scholarship covers full tuition fees, accommodation, monthly stipend, laptop, learning materials, and annual return travel allowance.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a citizen of an African country

- 6 Foreign academic qualifications must obtain equivalence from Rwanda's Higher Education Council (HEC) and National Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA)
