About This Scholarship
This fully funded international training programme strengthens the advocacy skills of young activists, youth leaders, and civil society organization members committed to promoting democracy, human rights, and youth participation in public decision-making. The course runs from 27 September to 4 October 2026 at the European Youth Centre Strasbourg alongside the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a young activist, youth advocate, human rights defender, youth organization representative, or civil society actor
- 2 Must demonstrate a demonstrated interest in promoting democracy, protecting human rights, and strengthening youth participation in public life
- 3 Must be able to participate in-person at the European Youth Centre Strasbourg from 27 September to 4 October 2026
