About This Scholarship
The ICANN88 Fellowship Program aims to strengthen the multistakeholder model by fostering opportunities for individuals from underserved and underrepresented communities to become active participants in the ICANN community. Fellows receive mentoring, training across different areas of knowledge and skill building, and travel assistance to attend the ICANN Public Meeting in Lisbon.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Be at least 21 years of age
- 2 Be interested in or already engaged in ICANN's work in policy building, domain name system operations, or internet security and stability
- 3 Complete mandatory ICANN Learn course(s)
- 4 Not be involved in or associated with other ICANN supported travel programs at time of selection
- 5 For Policy Forum applicants: must have successfully completed an ICANN Fellowship previously
- 6 Have received no more than two fellowships previously; second and third time fellows must prove involvement and engagement in one of the ICANN communities
- 7 Candidates from all regions and sectors are welcome to apply
