About This Scholarship
The ARES Belgium Government Scholarship 2027 is a fully funded opportunity offered by the Belgian government to international students from developing countries to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s degrees, or continuing education/training courses in Belgium. The programme awards 150+ fully funded bachelor’s and master’s scholarships annually, plus around 70 training-course scholarships, with comprehensive financial support covering tuition, travel, accommodation, and living expenses.
What This Scholarship Covers
- International air tickets
- Subsistence allowance (€1,150/month for 12 months for Masters; €83/day for 8-17 day training stays, €1,400/month for 18 days to 6 months for training courses)
- Indirect mission expenses (€150 lump sum given once per stay upon arrival)
- Arrival, tuition, and return fees (€700 given once per stay upon arrival for Masters)
- Registration fees
- Insurance rates
- Travel expenses for inter-university training
- Living allowance and lump sum for Bachelor's degree holders
Who Can Apply
- 1 Be a citizen of a developing country
- 2 Be under 40 years old for undergraduate programmes at the time of application
- 3 Be under 45 years old for training courses by the time training begins
- 4 Have a related academic background relevant to the field of study
- 5 Have at least two years of professional experience
- 6 Have passive knowledge of English (reading ability)
