About This Scholarship
The Open Doors Russian Scholarship 2027 is a fully funded scholarship offered by the Russian Government for international students to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or postdoctoral studies at 24 leading Russian universities. Scholars receive full tuition coverage and a monthly stipend to support their living expenses while studying across a wide range of academic disciplines.

- 1 Must be an international student from any country
