About This Scholarship
The University of Sheffield International Undergraduate Scholarship provides £2,500 tuition fee reduction per year (up to £10,000 maximum for four-year programmes) for eligible international students commencing undergraduate studies in September 2027. The scholarship is awarded automatically as a tuition fee discount with no separate application required, subject to maintaining 60% or above average grades and earning a minimum of 120 credits annually.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must commence undergraduate degree studies at University of Sheffield in September 2027
- 2 Must choose University of Sheffield as firm or insurance choice before 4:00 PM UK time on June 2, 2027
- 3 Must be classified as overseas for tuition fee purposes
- 4 Must be self-funded and not a sponsored student
- 5 Must be enrolled in full-time in-person study (not online or distance learning)
- 6 Must not be in Medicine (A100/A101) or Dentistry (A200) programmes
- 7 Must not be in a USIC Foundation year programme
- 8 Must not be studying MArch programmes
- 9 Must not have deferred entry from a previous year
- 10 Must achieve 60% (wmg) or above and minimum 120 credits in previous academic year to retain scholarship in subsequent years
- 11 Scholarship not applicable to compulsory or optional years in industry, work placements, or year abroad
- 12 Must enter as year 1 student (or year 2/3 if not receiving collaborative programme funding)
