About This Scholarship
The GW4 BioMed3 PhD studentships offer five interdisciplinary doctoral research projects across leading UK universities, covering women’s health, digital health, genetics, mental health and data science. The programme is open to UK, EU and international students, with host institutions covering international tuition fee costs for eligible candidates.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Full UK/Home tuition fees
- International tuition fee costs covered by host institutions (for eligible international students)
- Stipend at minimum UKRI rate
- Research and Training Support Grant of £2,000 to £5,000 per year
- Annual travel and conference grant of £300
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be interested in interdisciplinary biomedical and health research
- 2 Should have relevant academic background in health sciences, public health, women's health, psychology, genetics, genomics, data science, statistics, artificial intelligence, digital health, epidemiology or related disciplines
- 3 Open to UK, EU and international students
- 4 Must select and review full description of preferred project before applying
