About This Scholarship
The UNIL Master’s Grants Scholarship is an excellence award for international students with outstanding academic results from foreign universities pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of Lausanne. The scholarship provides CHF 1,600 per month for the minimum statutory period of the Master’s programme and exempts recipients from standard course registration fees.
What This Scholarship Covers
- CHF 1,600 per month stipend
- Exemption from standard course registration fees (only CHF 80 semester fees remain payable)
Who Can Apply
- 1 Hold a foreign university degree recognized as equivalent to a Swiss university bachelor degree
- 2 Have achieved outstanding academic results during previous studies
- 3 Demonstrate minimum language proficiency of C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in the language of instruction
- 4 Not currently enrolled at UNIL
- 5 Pay the administrative fee of CHF 200
- 6 Be eligible for one of the eligible Master's programmes at UNIL
