About This Scholarship
This scholarship is offered under the Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program to pursue a Master’s degree in Japan. The award provides comprehensive financial support to well-qualified citizens from ADB developing member countries to study at Asia Pacific University.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Complete Tuition Fee
- All Admission Fee
- Monthly stipend of 144,000 JPY/month for living expenses
- Round-trip airfare tickets from home country to Japan and return upon completion
Who Can Apply
- 1 Applicant must have nationality of an ADB member country.
- 2 Must currently not be living or working outside of their home country.
- 3 Must have at least two years of full-time professional work experience after obtaining a bachelor’s degree at the time of application.
- 4 Must be 35 years old or less at the time of application.
- 5 Must not already be enrolled in a graduate degree program.
- 6 Must not be an executive director, alternate director, management, or staff of ADB, nor a consultant or relative of the aforementioned.
- 7 Must agree to return to your home country after completing the degree.
- 8 Must intend to enroll at APU in September 2027.
