About This Scholarship
The Youth of Excellence Scheme of China (YES China) is a Chinese Government Scholarship for international professionals seeking to develop leadership positions in global economic governance through the Master of International Economic Cooperation program at UIBE. The one-year program is designed for senior officials and corporate executives with international business management experience to cultivate skills in cross-border economic cooperation, international trade, and policymaking.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a non-Chinese citizen
- 2 Must be under 45 years old
- 3 Must be in good physical and psychological health
- 4 Must hold a bachelor's degree or above
- 5 Must have at least 3 years of work experience
- 6 Must be middle or senior management staff in government departments, institutions, enterprises, colleges, research institutions, or international organizations
- 7 Must have sufficient English proficiency (IELTS ≥ 6.0 or TOEFL iBT ≥ 86)
- 8 Must demonstrate potential for professional development and willingness to promote cooperation between China and other countries
- 9 Must be from a developing country with formal diplomatic relations with China
