About This Scholarship
The Cascador ScaleUp Program is a 12-week leadership and business development experience designed for growth-stage founders with proven traction who are ready to scale with greater clarity, discipline, and confidence. Through a blend of in-person intensives in Lagos and virtual sessions, mentorship, peer learning, and tailored support, participants strengthen their leadership and businesses while gaining eligibility to apply for $2–5 million in debt or equity capital through the Cascador Catalytic Fund.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Travel covered (lodging and meals for in-person sessions)
- $5,000 stipend
- Mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and global experts
- Peer network access
- $50,000 in Pitch Day awards
- Eligibility to apply for Cascador Catalytic Fund ($2-5M USD annually)
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a founder or co-founder of a business
- 2 Company must have been in operation for 2+ years
- 3 Company must have $70,000+ USD equivalent (₦100M+) in annual revenue
- 4 Must be based in Nigeria or a Sub-Saharan African country
- 5 Must be committed to participating fully in the program
