About This Scholarship
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program brings accomplished mid-career professionals with demonstrated leadership potential to the United States for a year of graduate-level non-degree academic coursework and professional development activities. This ten-month program consists of academic coursework and internship in a relevant professional organization, with approximately 18 campuses hosting fellows in groups with thematic and subject affinities.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a Pakistani citizen
- 2 Must have 8-18 years of progressively responsible professional/work experience
- 3 Must have 16 years of education (4-year Bachelor's degree or 2-year Bachelor's degree and Master's degree)
- 4 Must guarantee re-employment upon return to Pakistan
- 5 Must possess high level of fluency in spoken and written English
- 6 Must provide proof of English proficiency (Duolingo Test Score, valid iBT TOEFL, or IELTS)
- 7 Must demonstrate commitment to serving Pakistan
- 8 Must be poised to assume leadership positions in their field
- 9 Cannot be a university teacher or researcher with no management experience
- 10 Cannot have attended graduate school in the U.S. in the last seven years
- 11 Cannot have had long-term U.S. experience within the last five years
- 12 Cannot have dual U.S./Pakistan nationality
- 13 Cannot have a spouse, parent, or child over age 18 who is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- 14 Cannot be an employee of the Fulbright organization or U.S. Department of State
