About This Scholarship
The African Institute of International Law invites applications from professionals, practitioners, academics and community actors for its inaugural continental training workshop on protecting cultural rights in war zones and rural areas across Africa. The five-day programme in Arusha, Tanzania (12–16 October 2026) will bring together approximately 42 selected participants to examine legal frameworks, threats to cultural rights, and develop practical recommendations for protection.
