About This Scholarship
The Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) Stipend Scholarship provides A$39,069 per annum to domestic and international students undertaking Higher Degree Research programs at ANU. The scholarship is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Education and Training and awarded based on academic merit and competitive ranking.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Stipend of A$39,069 per annum
- Paid fortnightly
- 3.5 years of support with possibility of 6 month extension for eligible internships
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be enrolled in or applying for a Higher Degree Research (HDR) program at ANU
- 2 Must meet Commonwealth Scholarship Guidelines (Research) 2017 eligibility requirements
- 3 Must demonstrate academic merit through competitive ranking
- 4 Must have confirmation of a qualified supervisor
- 5 Must have available space and resources
- 6 Research must be aligned with ANU research strategy
- 7 Domestic and international students are eligible
