About This Scholarship

The Bode Amao Foundation awards scholarships to bright but indigent undergraduate Nigerian students enrolled in Nigerian universities, covering full tuition fees and an annual stipend of ₦100,000. The scholarship supports students throughout their course of study provided they maintain high academic excellence and meet the foundation’s criteria.

What This Scholarship Covers

Who Can Apply

  • 1 Must be a Nigerian citizen
  • 2 Must be enrolled full-time in a Nigerian federal or state university
  • 3 Must be at least in 200 level at the time of application
  • 4 Must demonstrate high academic excellence (CGPA as determinant)
  • 5 Must be certified as TRULY INDIGENT by their university registrar
  • 6 Must be a registered student at one of the 28 participating universities

How to Apply

Download and print the BAF application form from the foundation's website or obtain from your university registrar

Complete the form with registrar's attestation of indigence and current registration

Attach all required documents (completed application form, academic transcript, letters of recommendation, university student ID card, letter of identification from LGA, medical certificate/HIV test, JAMB admission letter, university admission letter, course registration form)

Submit via post to BAF Secretariat at P.O. Box 7088, Secretariat Post Office, Ibadan – Oyo State, or via email to [email protected] or [email protected]
