About This Scholarship
The Adɔyɛ Research Associate Programme, meaning ‘Love in Action,’ is a flagship initiative of CAPSI dedicated to supporting African scholars and researchers advancing knowledge on women in philanthropy and social investment across Africa. Selected Research Associates receive a $5,000 USD grant to conduct original research while gaining access to academic collaboration opportunities, research seminars, and scholarly networking platforms.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be an African scholar, researcher, PhD candidate, or practitioner
- 2 Research proposal must align with one of the four thematic pillars: African Feminist Leadership Ethics and Power; Women's Philanthropy and Feminist Funding Models; Women-Led Institutions and Organisational Development; or Climate Philanthropy and Women's Leadership
- 3 Open to emerging and established African scholars
- 4 Pan-African perspective includes African diaspora and women from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities
