About This Scholarship
The Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity Programme (ESOP) is a fully funded Master’s scholarship at ETH Zurich that covers full tuition fees and living expenses, along with dedicated academic mentorship and access to the ETH Foundation’s professional network. The scholarship is awarded to approximately 60 outstanding international students annually for the regular duration of their Master’s programme (three or four semesters).
What This Scholarship Covers
- Full tuition fee waiver
- CHF 12,000 per semester for accommodation and study expenses
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be applying for a Master's degree programme at ETH Zurich (excluding MAS programmes)
- 2 Must have achieved very good results in Bachelor's degree programme (top 10% of cohort, grade A based on self-assessment)
- 3 Must be reachable by telephone during the selection process (phone/video interview may occur in February)
- 4 Must not already be enrolled in a Master's degree programme at ETH Zurich
- 5 Must not hold a Master's degree
- 6 Must apply within the first application window
