About This Scholarship
The Global Korea Scholarship (GKS-U) is a fully funded undergraduate scholarship offered by the Korean Government to citizens of GKS partner countries. Approximately 256 new students will receive this scholarship to begin their bachelor’s studies in 2027.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a citizen of a Global Korea Scholarship partner country
- 2 Cannot have a bachelor's degree
- 3 Academic score (CGPA) must be above 2.64 out of 4.0, above 2.80 out of 4.3, above 2.91 out of 4.5, or above 3.23 out of 5.0
- 4 Score percentile must be 80% or higher
- 5 Must be under 25 years of age
- 6 Must be in good health
- 7 Must have no criminal record
- 8 Expected graduates must submit a Certificate of Expected Graduation at the time of application
