Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be from DAC (Development Assistance Committee) countries or international students
- 2 For Master's applicants: must have completed a Bachelor's degree
- 3 For Master's applicants: must have German language skills (B2 or DSH II)
- 4 For PhD applicants: must hold a Master's degree or equivalent
- 5 For PhD applicants: must have German language skills (B2 or DSH II)
- 6 For PhD applicants: preliminary work on the research project must have been completed
- 7 Demonstrate strong academic performance
- 8 Show political awareness and commitment to social justice, human rights, and environmental responsibility
- 9 Special consideration given to: women (particularly in STEM), STEM students, minorities, refugees, and students from conflict regions
