About This Scholarship
The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a fully funded international exchange initiative designed to strengthen leadership among mid-career professionals from eligible countries through academic study and professional development in the United States. The program combines academic enrichment, a six-week professional placement, seminars, and a global leadership forum to build professional capacity and foster international collaboration.
