About This Scholarship

A fully funded 4-week writers’ residency program at Hong Kong Baptist University from 26 February to 25 March 2027, themed around ‘Inheritance’. The program brings together writers from around the world to develop their craft and culminates in the IWW Literary Festival.

  • Daily stipend

Who Can Apply

  • 1 Must have at least one published book
  • 2 Must be currently residing outside of Hong Kong
  • 3 Must have command of English or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
  • 4 Must be able to attend the welcome ceremony during the first week
