About This Scholarship
The IRENA Youth Forum 2027 is the eighth edition of IRENA’s flagship platform for youth empowerment and renewable energy innovation, bringing together young leaders aged 18-35 to shape the global energy transition agenda. The forum explores grid modernisation, energy storage, system flexibility, and youth roles in financing the energy transition through high-level sessions, interactive workshops, and networking activities in Abu Dhabi.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be aged 18-35 at the time of the Forum
- 2 Must be actively engaged in renewable energy, sustainability, innovation, or related fields
- 3 Must be leading or contributing to projects, startups, research, or advocacy initiatives that advance the energy transition
- 4 Must be motivated to collaborate with peers and partners to scale impact globally
- 5 Applications welcome from all countries
- 6 All applications must be submitted in English
