About This Scholarship
Khalifa University offers fully funded graduate scholarships for international students pursuing Master’s and PhD degrees across engineering, medicine, science, and technology fields. The scholarship covers complete tuition fees, monthly stipends, medical insurance, and support for international research conference attendance.
What This Scholarship Covers

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be an international student or national from any country
- 2 Must hold a Bachelor's degree (for Master's applicants) or Master's degree (for PhD applicants)
- 3 Must provide English language proficiency score (IELTS, TOEFL, or EmSAT)
- 4 Must provide Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score report
- 5 For full-time Master's: must enroll in 3-4 courses per semester (9-12 credit hours)
- 6 For part-time Master's: must enroll in 2 courses per semester (6 credit hours)
- 7 For full-time PhD: must meet full-time enrollment requirements
- 8 Applicants graduating from institutions outside UAE must provide equivalency certificate from UAE Ministry of Education
