The King Saud University Initiative aims to attract talented and distinguished graduate students from Saudi Arabia and around the world to pursue PhD degrees in selected programs. This fully funded scholarship is a strategic step towards attracting exceptional academic and research competencies within the framework of Saudi Vision 2030.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited institution
- 2 Must demonstrate English proficiency with official TOEFL (minimum 61 IBT), IELTS (minimum 6), or STEP (minimum 85) scores, or have completed Master's degree in United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
- 3 Must provide two letters of recommendation
- 4 Must submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV) with evidence of recent publication or patent if available
- 5 Must submit a statement of purpose
- 6 Must take GRE general test if required by selected program
- 7 May be required to complete a personal interview (virtual or in-person)
- 8 Must meet any additional requirements specified by the department/program
