Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a citizen of an African country
- 2 Must be 35 years old or younger at the time of application

- 5 Must exhibit leadership potential and community involvement
- 6 Must commit to participating in additional training and workshops
- 7 Must demonstrate readiness for English-language university study through RUSE by June 30, 2026
