About This Scholarship
Curtin University invites expressions of interest from domestic and international applicants for a PhD research opportunity investigating the long-term effects of neonatal intensive care on newborns and families in Western Australia. Successful applicants may be considered for the prestigious Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship, one of Australia’s most competitive postgraduate research scholarships, which covers tuition and provides a stipend.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a current or prospective domestic or international applicant
- 2 Must obtain an Invitation to Apply from a registered Curtin supervisor
- 3 Must not have previously completed a PhD qualification
- 4 For current Curtin HDR students: must not currently receive a HDR base stipend, must have confirmed supervisor support, must maintain Good Standing academic status, and must not have exceeded 18 months of full-time equivalent enrolment as of 1 July
- 5 Must be interested in health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics, econometrics, public health, or quantitative policy analysis
