About This Scholarship
Skoltech University offers fully funded Master’s and PhD scholarships to international students, with tuition coverage and monthly stipends ranging from 40,000-75,000 rubles depending on the degree level. The scholarships are awarded based on competitive selection, and all instruction is conducted in English with no IELTS, GRE, or SAT requirements.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university required for MSc applicants
