About This Scholarship
The TWAS-CUI Postgraduate Fellowship Programme 2026 offers PhD opportunities for young scientists from developing countries at COMSATS University Islamabad, supporting advanced research in natural and social sciences. The fellowship provides monthly stipend, laboratory access, mentorship, and resources to enable fellows to focus fully on their doctoral research.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Citizen of a developing country, but not Pakistan
- 2 Not currently residing in Pakistan
- 3 Do not hold a visa for short-term or long-term stay in Pakistan or any developed country
- 4 Hold an MSc degree with a research component in natural sciences (or MSc in social sciences for social science fields)
- 5 Be 35 years old or younger by December 31, 2026
