Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be an international student on a visa
- 2 For undergraduate: Must complete secondary school and earn a certificate of completion
- 3 For undergraduate: Must meet English proficiency requirements (TOEFL minimum 90/4.5, IELTS minimum 6.5, or DET minimum 115)
- 4 For Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program: Must be from an eligible African country
- 5 For Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program: Must be applying to an eligible master's programme
- 6 For master's: Must apply in the first round if programme has multiple admission rounds
- 7 For transfer students: Must have completed coursework at a college or university after high school
