About This Scholarship
The UNIFEMGA Scholarship Scheme supports indigent Muslim students of Obafemi Awolowo University with strong academic records through long-term financial assistance. Established in 2008, the program provides annual funding to undergraduate and postgraduate students to help them sustain their academic journey and excel in their studies.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Financial stipend (₦100,000 per year for undergraduate students, ₦150,000 per year for postgraduate students)
- Long-term sponsorship (4-5 years)
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a Muslim student of Obafemi Awolowo University
- 2 Must be in 200 level or above
- 3 Must not be on any other scholarship at the time of application
- 4 Must meet minimum CGPA requirements: 3.50+ for Merit Scholarship, 2.50+ for Honors Scholarship, 2.50+ for Physically Challenged category
- 5 Returning applicants must show satisfactory academic progress
