Who Can Apply
- 1 For Master's programs: Must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
- 2 For PhD programs: Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00.
- 3 Must provide valid English language proficiency test results.
- 4 Must submit a curriculum vitae (CV), academic transcripts, and motivation letter.
- 5 Must provide two academic reference contacts.
- 6 PhD applicants must also submit a brief research proposal and two academic writing samples.
