About This Scholarship
The University of Edinburgh offers three fully funded Glenmore Postgraduate Scholarships for eligible postgraduate programmes in human medical fields, particularly welcoming applications from African students. The scholarship covers full tuition fees and additional programme costs for the duration of study, supporting future leaders who will contribute to their communities and regions.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Hold or expect to obtain the overseas equivalent of a UK first-class honours degree
- 2 Be currently domiciled in one of the eligible countries derived from the DAC List of ODA Recipients
- 3 Have been offered admission to an eligible postgraduate programme at University of Edinburgh for the 2026-2027 academic year
- 4 Have firmly accepted the offer or intend to do so (preference for unconditional offers)
- 5 Not have previously studied at Master's level (priority given to first-time Master's students)
- 6 Demonstrate commitment to working in countries that will benefit from their medical education
