About This Scholarship
The WomenLift Health 2027 Southern Africa Leadership Journey is a fully funded 12-month transformational leadership programme designed for mid-senior career women leaders working in health across Southern Africa. The programme combines virtual learning touchpoints, one-on-one coaching, group mentoring, and two in-person experiential residencies with a self-directed Health Leadership Project to enhance participants’ leadership impact.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a mid-senior career woman leader working in health
- 2 Must be working in Southern Africa (Angola, Botswana, eSwatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, or Zimbabwe)
- 3 Must be able to commit approximately 4-8 hours per month
- 4 Must be able to attend all mandatory in-person residencies (13-16 April 2027 and 14-15 March 2028)
- 5 Applications from minorities, historically marginalized, and underrepresented communities are encouraged
