Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a citizen of a foreign country with a valid passport
- 2 For undergraduate programs: under 30 years old and hold a high school diploma
- 3 For master's programs: under 35 years old, hold a bachelor's degree certificate, and provide 2 recommendation letters from professors or associate professors
- 4 For doctoral programs: under 40 years old, hold a master's degree certificate, and provide 2 recommendation letters from professors or associate professors
- 5 Must demonstrate proficiency in English or Chinese through IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, HSK or other recognized language proficiency certificates
- 6 Must be friendly, healthy, and of good moral character
- 7 Must not hold any other scholarships
- 8 Must comply with laws and university regulations
