About This Scholarship
The RUFORUM/Mastercard Foundation TAGDev 2.0 Scholarships support young Africans pursuing Masters studies in agriculture and related fields at partner universities across the continent. This fully funded scholarship is designed for economically disadvantaged students, with special consideration for females, refugees, internally displaced persons, and persons with disabilities.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a national of African countries
- 2 Must be economically disadvantaged, from marginalized communities, and/or from conflict and post-conflict areas
- 3 Must be less than 35 years old at the time of application for Masters studies
- 4 Must meet admission criteria for a programme at one of the partner universities
- 5 Must demonstrate interest in agriculture, agribusiness and entrepreneurship
- 6 Must demonstrate leadership qualities
- 7 Must have commitment to working in agriculture and agricultural value chains
- 8 Must have strong commitment to community transformation
- 9 Female candidates, refugees, internally displaced persons, and persons with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply
