Who Can Apply
- 1 Must have gained admission into a local tertiary institution
- 2 Must be registered and enrolled in the course
- 3 Institution must be accredited by the National Accreditation Board (NAB)
- 4 For continuing students, apply between April 1 - May 15 of each academic year
- 5 For new students with late admission, apply between September 1-30 of each academic year
- 6 Must complete an online aptitude test
- 7 Must appear before a panel for interviews in selected district
