About This Scholarship
The CERN Administrative Student Programme 2026-3 is a paid internship opportunity for undergraduate and master’s students in administration-related fields to gain practical experience at one of the world’s leading scientific research organizations. Selected candidates will work in various administrative fields at CERN in Geneva for 2 to 12 months, developing professional skills in an international and multicultural environment.
What This Scholarship Covers
- Monthly allowance of 3486 Swiss Francs (tax-free)
- 30 days paid leave per year plus 2 weeks annual closure
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage
- Family supplement to subsistence allowance
- Travel expenses to Geneva
Who Can Apply
- 1 Must be a national of a CERN Member State or Associate Member State
- 2 Must have completed at least 18 months of studies (3 semesters) in the respective field at the time of selection
- 3 Must not be a PhD student or PhD holder
- 4 Must have good knowledge of English or French
- 5 Must remain enrolled as a full-time student during the studentship
- 6 Must be currently studying in Administration, Communication, Finance, Human Resources, Law, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field
- 7 Must not be studying in a STEM/engineering field
