About This Scholarship
The GROW Fellowship is an immersive non-residential program that accelerates the leadership, visibility, and career advancement of women breeders across sub-Saharan Africa by strengthening their capacity to lead gender-responsive breeding research and influence scientific agendas. The fellowship targets two cohorts of 48 women breeders competitively selected and combines structured leadership development, technical training on integrating gender into breeding, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
