How to Apply

Register via the University of Cambridge Graduate Application Portal

Complete admission application to a Cambridge postgraduate course and college

Fill in the Gates Cambridge funding section with four selection questions

Submit two academic references plus one Gates Cambridge reference

Submit personal statement within application form

PhD applicants must submit a research proposal

Submit all documents by the course-specific deadline (October 2026 for US residents, December 2026 or January 2027 for other applicants)

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interviews (January-March 2027)
