About This Scholarship
AIAS Visiting Fellowships offer exceptional researchers from abroad the opportunity to pursue research at Aarhus University, one of the world’s top 100 universities, for a duration of 2 to 6 months during the spring 2027 semester. Fellows will engage with a vibrant international and interdisciplinary research community while collaborating with diverse research environments at Aarhus University.

Who Can Apply
- 1 Must hold a PhD degree
- 2 Must have at least four years of postdoctoral research experience by the application deadline
- 3 Must have an active collaboration with Aarhus University
- 4 Must have established contact with a researcher or research community at Aarhus University
- 5 Must be available for 2 to 6 months during the spring semester 2027
- 6 Must bring own salary or funding from home institution (program does not offer salary)
- 7 Must have an open-minded approach and willingness to engage with disciplines beyond one's own field
